Autimly’s Wellbeing & Lifestyle services focus on the mind, body and daily routines for autistic, ADHD and AuDHD teens, adults and their families. We understand that neurodivergent brains often feel “in a constant state of overdrive,” juggling sensory demands, burnout and unsupportive routines. Our warm, affirming coaches help you build sustainable habits and supportive daily rhythms. We aim to help you feel more grounded, connected and confident every day.

Why It Matters

Neurodivergent people often face unique challenges: chronic stress, sensory overload, sleep issues and executive function fatigue. Over time these can lead to burnout and reduced quality of life. Research shows that lifestyle based approaches including regular movement, adequate rest, consistent routines and self-care can significantly improve mental health, emotional regulation and overall well-being. In fact, people recovering from autistic burnout report that leading a “healthy lifestyle” (exercising, sleeping and eating well) and doing enjoyable activities helped them regain balance once they had the energy.

What We Offer

We provide a range of services to help you integrate wellness into your daily life. All our support is tailored to autism and ADHD, every coach understands neurodivergent needs. We offer:
