Requirements and qualifications

What You’ll Need to Join

To join our team, you need a recognized qualification, a year of experience with neurodivergent clients, and relevant registrations if applicable.

A recognised professional qualification or relevant training in your field, including supervised training where applicable.

Minimum one year of experience working with neurodivergent clients or families.

Registration with a relevant UK professional body (e.g., HCPC, NMC, GMC, BACP, UKCP) if required by your role.

A valid DBS check with the appropriate barred list(s) and evidence of safeguarding training, especially if working with children or vulnerable adults.

Professional indemnity insurance as required by your profession or regulatory body.

Commitment to ongoing continuing professional development (CPD) and adherence to professional ethical standards.
