These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “Client”) and Autimly Ltd (“Autimly”, “we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your use of our website, platform, and related services. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referred to herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
1. Introduction
Autimly is a UK-based online platform designed to connect individuals, families, carers, and organisations with trusted, autism- and ADHD-informed professionals (“Professionals”). The Platform provides a matching and referral service by suggesting Professionals whose services may meet your needs, based on information you provide. Autimly does not provide therapy, medical advice, or any professional services directly. All services are delivered by independent Professionals, who are not employees, agents, or representatives of Autimly. Our role is to facilitate introductions between Clients and Professionals and to provide tools to support scheduling, communication, and payments. All Professionals on the Platform confirm that they meet our eligibility criteria, including holding relevant qualifications, registrations, and insurance appropriate to their profession. However, you are responsible for making your own checks before engaging any Professional.
When you book a Session through the Platform:

7. Fees & Payment
7.1 Booking Fees
The Booking Fee for each Session is set by the Professional. Fees may vary depending on the type of Service, session length, and the Professional’s qualifications.

Autimly retains a Commission (usually 20%, unless otherwise stated) from the Booking Fee in return for providing the Platform, marketing, and administrative services. This does not increase the fee you pay — the price displayed is inclusive.
7.4 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy (see section 9). Where a refund is due, it will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days.
8. Relationship Between Clients & Professionals
8.1 Autimly’s Role
Autimly is not a service provider. The Platform is a matching and booking service that connects Clients with independent Professionals.

10. Limitations of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

If at any point you believe there is an immediate risk of harm to yourself or another person, you should:
