Why It Matters
Our groups offer real guidance, shared understanding, and practical tools at a more accessible price than 1:1 sessions, without losing depth or quality. We keep group sizes small and follow strict safeguarding protocols.
How It Works
All groups are led by our amazing and passionate professionals, many of whom are neurodivergent themselves and bring lived experience to the way they teach, care, and guide.
Each session offers:
Guidance you can use now — not just information
Personalised strategies based on your real-life needs
Space to explore concerns and patterns with support
Help deciding whether assessment, therapy, or coaching is needed
Signposting to the right tools, professionals, or pathways
A clearer understanding of autism, ADHD, or related needs
Each session is emotionally safe, gently paced, and free from judgement or pressure. It’s designed for meaningful insight and is accessible to all communication styles, including non-speaking and alternative methods. You can take part however feels comfortable — speak, listen, type in the chat, or simply observe.
