What We Provide
Our range of services include:
Neurodevelopmental Consultations & Assessments: Guided conversations and medical evaluations to clarify developmental, behavioral, or learning concerns. Whether you’re seeking clarity on autism or ADHD traits, or understanding co-occurring challenges, we help explain what you’re noticing.
Psychiatric and Medication Reviews: Expert support for mental health and medication management. Our psychiatrists and nurse prescribers specialise in ADHD, anxiety, mood, and related conditions. They review any current medications (for example ADHD or anxiety medications) and adjust them in collaboration with you. UK guidelines recommend specialists review ADHD medications regularly to check benefits and side effects.
Sleep and Sensory Health: Many autistic and ADHD people have trouble sleeping, whether it’s insomnia, early wakings or restless nights. Autistic individuals often struggle to relax and have differences in melatonin levels. Research finds sleep problems (insomnia, circadian rhythm issues, sleep apnea, etc.) are much more common in neurodivergent people. Our network can offer quiet, patient consultations about sleep and rest: doctors and sleep specialists will listen to your experiences, suggest adjustments or treatments, and can coordinate with therapists or psychologists if helpful.
Gastrointestinal & Nutritional Support: Feeding, digestion and nutrition can be challenging. Autistic people can suffer with gastrointestinal difficulties (constipation, reflux, irritable bowel, etc.) and picky or restrictive eating is much more common in autism. Out network of dietitians and pediatric gastroenterologists can help manage these issues in an autism-friendly way. They work with you on meal planning, nutrient balance, and gentle strategies to broaden diets, while taking into account sensory preferences and routines. This can improve not only nutrition but also reduce gut related anxiety or pain that might affect behavior and mood.
Neurological Consultations: We have access to pediatric neurologists who specialise in developmental neurology. If seizures, tics, sleep apnea or other neurological issues come up, our team can evaluate and advise. For instance, seizures are more common in autistic individuals, and tics or movement differences sometimes accompany ADHD or autism. Our network of neurologists can explain tests and results in simple terms and consider sensory or communication needs throughout the process.
Second Opinions & Care Coordination: If you’re confused by a report, diagnosis or conflicting advice, our network can provide a second opinion. Our network can review previous findings, help translate technical reports into plain language, and offer a unified care plan. Autimly keeps your care joined-up and we share summaries and insights across our network professionals so you don’t have to repeat your story.
Who This Is For
This Service is designed for individuals and families navigating autism, ADHD, or related needs, including:
Autistic and ADHD adults who are looking for clear, respectful medical support, whether it’s understanding a diagnosis, exploring treatment options, reviewing medication, or addressing co-occurring health concerns like sleep, anxiety, or sensory challenges.
Parents or carers who want guidance, reassurance, or medical input for their child, from developmental concerns and behavioural questions, to help with sleep, feeding, sensory sensitivities, or managing existing diagnoses with the right care team in place.
People who are mid-assessment, newly diagnosed, or unsure where to begin - we support those still exploring whether autism or ADHD may be relevant, as well as those adjusting to a new diagnosis and needing a safe place to ask questions and plan next steps.
Families juggling complex or overlapping health needs, who need help coordinating between professionals especially when care has felt fragmented, rushed, or confusing. We help simplify what’s happening and create joined-up support across services.
Anyone needing a second opinion or help interpreting medical or educational reports, including those unsure whether advice they’ve received is up to date, accurate, or neurodiversity affirming.
People who feel overwhelmed by the system whether it's managing multiple appointments, navigating NHS waitlists, or just needing someone to explain things clearly and calmly, we’re here to guide and support you through it.
A Shared, Joined Up Care Pathway
All medical services at Autimly are part of a connected, multidisciplinary pathway meaning you don’t have to start over at each step. We prioritise communication between professionals within our network so that your care feels coherent, not fragmented.
Continuity Between Professionals: Our network of medical, therapy, and coaching teams work together so each professional builds on what the others know. You don’t have to re-explain history, concerns, or diagnoses every time.
Shared Summaries and Insights: Clinicians and specialists securely share observations, reports, and key insights. This leads to a fuller picture of your needs and reduces the risk of mixed messages or contradictory advice.
Reduced Repetition for Families: We know how exhausting it is to repeat your story across different appointments. With a joined-up approach, we aim to lift that for parents and carers managing multiple services at once.
Clear, Cohesive Planning: Whether you’re navigating diagnosis, therapy, medical reviews or education support, we help coordinate timing, priorities and goals. This creates a smoother path forward, with one team guiding the process.
Better Outcomes, Less Stress: When everyone is on the same page, it leads to more effective support and fewer gaps, delays, or misunderstandings. You’re not left to piece things together alone.
Our Medical Professionals
We work with a trusted network of clinicians who specialise in autism, ADHD, and co-occurring medical needs across the lifespan. Each professional brings clinical expertise alongside a respectful, neurodivergent-informed approach.
Developmental Paediatricians: Specialists in autism, ADHD, developmental delay, and complex neurodevelopmental presentations in children. They provide assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing medical guidance.
Consultant Psychiatrists: Experts in child, adolescent, and adult mental health. They offer support with diagnosis, medication, and the management of complex neurodevelopmental and emotional needs.
Clinical Psychologists (Child & Adult): Available for clinical consultation and psychological formulation. Therapy support is also offered where appropriate, focusing on identity, trauma, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Paediatric Neurologists: Specialists in neurological concerns such as seizures, developmental regression, motor differences, and tics in children. They provide assessment and medical care in collaboration with the wider team.
Medical Sleep Specialists: Clinicians who assess and treat sleep difficulties where there may be an underlying medical, neurological, or behavioural cause. Their support is especially valuable for chronic sleep disruption.
Paediatric Gastroenterologists: Provide support with feeding challenges, reflux, constipation, food refusal, and other complex gastrointestinal concerns in children — particularly when sensory sensitivities or anxiety are involved.
Registered Dietitians (Child & Adult): Offer guidance on nutrition, growth, restricted eating, and feeding routines. They create personalised, practical plans that respect sensory needs and family circumstances.
How It Works
1. Tell us what’s going on - You start by completing a short, calm intake form designed to capture what you or your child are experiencing without pressure or overwhelm.
2. Share what you’re looking for - We listen to your priorities and preferences, then carefully match you with the most appropriate medical professional(s) for your needs whether it’s an assessment, review, or ongoing support.
3. Your care stays connected - Everyone involved in your care works as part of one coordinated ecosystem. That means no more disjointed appointments or repeating your story at every stage.
4. You’re never left alone with a report - We walk through reports with you step by step, explain what they mean in plain language, and help you understand what comes next.
All our medical professionals are fully registered and verified. They are autism and ADHD informed, trauma aware, and respect family centered care. Many have lived experience themselves. We focus on listening, clarity and emotional safety avoiding jargon and rushing.
Throughout your journey, we remain by your side. We won’t just hand you a report and disappear. We’ll guide you through each step, explain options, and check in so that you feel supported and understood. Our community and resources are also here to help if you need extra support along the way.
Autimly’s Medical Services are about more than appointments – they’re about real understanding and practical help tailored to you. Whether you need clarity on a developmental question, support managing your child’s medications, help with chronic sleep problems, or anything in between, we’re here to listen and guide you with kindness and expertise.
