Check-ins are at the heart of what makes Autimly different. Every member is paired with a dedicated Autimly team member who gets to know you and your journey. Depending on your membership, you will connect weekly or fortnightly via video call, giving you a regular, familiar space to reflect, ask questions, and make sense of what is happening in your life. Sessions can be structured or more open, whatever you need at that time. Everything discussed feeds directly back into your personalised roadmap, so your support is always evolving alongside you.
