Autimly workshops exist as a genuinely accessible alternative. A way to learn from leading specialists and experts, ask real questions, and engage with topics that are directly relevant to your life, at a fraction of the cost of private therapy.
Our group workshops bring expert knowledge into an intimate, accessible setting. Led by specialists and guest experts from within and beyond the Autimly network, workshops run consistently throughout the year with a dedicated programme built around the key issues that matter most to the neurodivergent community. These are not one-off events or general awareness sessions. They are focused, recurring workshops designed to go deep on the topics that genuinely impact everyday life.
Small by design
With just 6 to 8 people per session, workshops are intentionally small. Small enough to feel personal, safe, and free from the overwhelm that larger group settings can bring. You are not one face in a crowd. You are part of a genuinely intimate space where your questions, thoughts, and experiences are welcome.
What workshops cover
Each workshop is tied to a specific topic or issue, revisited consistently across the programme so that members can engage when the time is right for them. Sessions span a wide range of topics relevant to autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD experiences. This includes navigating diagnosis pathways and understanding what comes next, relationships, communication, and social connection, managing sensory needs and emotional regulation, burnout, masking, and identity, executive function and daily living strategies, workplace and education support, and parenting a neurodivergent child.
New topics are introduced regularly based on community need, ensuring the programme stays relevant and responsive to what members are actually experiencing.
How they work
Sessions run live, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and engage in real time with the expert leading the session and the others in the room. If you cannot make a session, recordings are made available afterwards so you never miss out on content that is relevant to you.

Workshops are available at an additional cost to your membership.
