Member questions, expert answers
As a member, you have access to something personal and direct. Each month, your membership includes four dedicated questions, submitted through the Autimly messaging service within the platform. These are not automated responses or signposted links. They are considered, personalised replies from the Autimly team and specialists, written specifically in response to what you have asked.
How it works
Submitting a question is straightforward. Through the messaging service within your account, you send your question to the Autimly team. Once received, your question is reviewed and assigned to the most appropriate team member or specialist based on the topic. You will then receive a structured response directly within the messaging thread, typically covering a direct answer to your question, relevant context or background to help you understand the topic more fully, any recommended next steps or actions, signposting to relevant resources, videos, or tools within the platform, and where appropriate, a note to your dedicated team member to ensure it feeds into your personalised roadmap.
What to expect from a response
Every response is written with care and clarity, in plain, accessible language free from jargon. You will always know who has answered your question and what their area of expertise is. Responses are turned around as quickly as possible, with members notified through the platform as soon as a reply is ready.
Moderated and safe
