Ongoing Check-Ins

Ongoing check-ins mean you’re never left figuring things out on your own.

Check-ins are at the heart of what makes Autimly different. Every member is paired with a dedicated Autimly team member who gets to know you, your story, and your journey over time. Not just your diagnosis, but what day-to-day life actually looks like for you.

Your membership includes two calls per month with your dedicated team member, giving you a regular, familiar space that is entirely yours. These are not clinical appointments or rushed consultations. They are consistent, unhurried conversations designed around what you need in that moment.

What your check-ins include

Each session can be structured or open, depending on what feels right for you. Your dedicated team member is there to help you reflect on how things have been, make sense of challenges or changes you are experiencing, and celebrate progress, however small it might feel. You can use your calls to ask questions about your neurodivergent profile, get guidance on next steps, talk through how a recent specialist appointment went, or simply have a space to think out loud with someone who understands.

Need more time?

If you would like to connect more frequently, additional check-ins can be purchased at your member rate, always at a reduced cost compared to standard pricing. Whether something has come up that you want to work through, a big appointment is approaching, or you simply want more regular contact, the option is there whenever you need it.

How it feeds into your roadmap

Everything discussed in your check-ins feeds directly back into your personalised roadmap. Your support does not stay static. It evolves alongside you. If your needs shift, your circumstances change, or new priorities emerge, your roadmap is updated to reflect that, ensuring the specialists and resources we recommend always stay relevant to where you are right now.

Why it matters

For many neurodivergent people, navigating support systems can feel isolating and overwhelming. Having one consistent person in your corner, someone who knows your history and checks in regularly, makes an enormous difference. Your dedicated team member bridges the gap between you and the wider support network, so nothing falls through the cracks and you never have to start from scratch explaining who you are.
