A small-group parent session exploring constipation and gut-related challenges in autistic and ADHD children through a more neurodivergent-informed lens. Many families are told to simply “add more fibre” or “drink more water”, but for neurodivergent children, things are often far more complex. Sensory differences, restricted eating, anxiety, interoception, routines, nervous system dysregulation, toileting difficulties, and gut health can all overlap in ways that generic advice doesn’t fully address.
